ICQ is a useful program which allows you to chat with anyone else who has it. A spruced up Messenger service.
A great musical tool is Napster! Napster allows you to get music files off other people's computers. It's very good if you like music and have an unlimited download limit.
E-mail is somewhat important, but I am not a fan of Hotmail at all. If you need an e-mail address, try Yahoo, Start
or with your service provider for mail services instead of hotmail.
