...you fail the image verification on someone's blog because you can't read the letters properly. It may be clever enough to outsmart bots, but it's too advanced for a certain Software Engineer in training to pass every time.

So long as I can still work vending machines, I think everything's gonna be OK.

You know that captcha (that's the technical term :P) is actually on the lowest setting of distortion. I can't get it to make the damn thing any easier!

Very annoying.

You can blame a certain PHP image distortion class that doesn't have a setting between "completely unmodified" and "probably illigible".

Don't worry Pat - I fail it too. Often.

The problem with it is the letters are generally legible, just every now and then they decide to go off-screen and hide behind the border of the panel.

I've decided to dock Brad's web-guru fee for this month as punishment.
